what we explore together
You bring whatever you're trying to understand, question or find your way through.
It might involve work, leadership, identity, relationships, ambition, change, grief, desire or a decision about the direction of your life.
We won't assume the question you arrive with is necessarily the whole question.
I'll listen closely, ask questions and reflect back what I'm noticing. We might examine an assumption, explore a contradiction or consider something you've been approaching from only one direction.
I'll also bring my own experience and judgement to the conversation.
Having spent more than fifteen years navigating complex organisations, markets, regulation and leadership, I'm accustomed to examining competing explanations, recognising patterns and understanding the relationship between people, systems and decisions.
Alongside that, I draw on psychology, intuition and the less easily explained dimensions of human experience.
That combination allows us to consider both the circumstances you're navigating and your experience of them, without reducing everything to either an external problem or something you need to change about yourself.
Sometimes I'll challenge an interpretation. Sometimes I'll offer a different one. Sometimes the most useful thing will be a question neither of us expected to ask.
It's a collaborative exploration, but you won't be doing all the work alone.
